Order Form

The Order Form (downloadable from this page) facilitates the order process. Just download the Order form, complete this form and send the order to ejhendrikse2@gmail.com and salomehendrikse@gmail.com. We will contact you within 1 - 2 business days to confirm and finalise your order. Once your payment has been received, we will send you the appropriate products (via digital download).

Please note that we ONLY accept Direct Bank Deposit. Products will only be made accessible once payment clears. Each digital product received after payment, is linked to you, the customer, and may under no circumstances be distributed and made available to others without the express permission from the author, Salome Hendrikse.
